Manglors - Press Release

For decades, the legends of their horrors have persisted.

The eggs, hidden in the depths of FOSSIL POINT, have existed in a state of hibernation.

Now, after forty years of silence, the volcano of MANGLOR MOUNTAIN has erupted again - and the MANGLORS - are back!

In 1983, the Ideal Toy Company introduced the "stick-icky creatures from another dimension", the Action Aliens known as the Manglors.

Comprised of both ferocious warriors and incredible creatures, these beings "made of the strangest stuff on earth" - sorbothane - were stretchy, sticky clay-like monstrosities.

The incredible box art by the late, great Ken Kelly promised the ultimate warriors of terror, but a perplexing marketing decision prompting kids to tear them apart doomed the line. Not even the addition of the amazing Prehi-Storage Eggs in 1984 could save the Manglors from tumbling into the toyboxes of obscurity.

In 2013, Toyfinity officially acquired the rights to the Manglors.

Developed for ten years, redesigned from the combined minds of Matt Doughty and Erwin Papa, the new Manglord stands tall at 4.25 inches of power!

The reimagined Manglors utilize the GLYOS SYSTEM of joint technology, allowing them to finally fulfill their original promise of "tear em apart / stick em back together again!"

Additionally, you can mix Manglors parts with any other Glyos compatible toyline to create your own custom monstrosities.

The initial release of the new Manglors was on 1/29/2023 - with the standard classic colors Manglord selling out in less than two hours.

Now, due to popular demand, the standard Manglord is back!

We are offering a special five day reorder - from today, 2/6/2023 through 11:59 pm on 2/10/2023 - allowing you to add this supreme warrior chieftain of the Manglor tribes to your collections!

This pre-order is expected to ship May 2023.

But he is not alone...

As a special bonus, you will also have the chance to add a returning threat from the primordial times of planet Uzalek to your collection - the PROTOLORD. Risen again from the depths of Manglor Mountain to challenge the Manglord, this malleable menace has never known defeat!

His two-tone green look is inspired by the vintage unpainted Manglord who was released with Manglor Mountain. Joining him are his demonic followers, the PROTOMORDLES, plus you will have the opportunity to purchase Prehi-storage Eggs in two varieties, created from the vintage Manglors tooling!

Any order placed during this special pre-order period will also come with a special art card by Erwin Papa depicting the battle of these two warriors for the title of Manglord! This art card will only be available during this pre-order.

Looking into the future, the terrifying vision of artist Nate Baertsch provides a preview of the breadth of Manglors to come.

Don't miss out on your chance to start a Manglors collection with the keystone figure in the collection, the Manglord!

New Release - Darkness Falls - Again!

2

Once again, the Knight of Darkness is facing the forces of good with his own army of evil!
will the newest member of the Robo Force, Coptor the Enforcer, be able to fight against the Knight on his first day after Dynagenesis?
Available in the store now!

New release TONIGHT! Zero Point!

Maxx Zero used the tracking robot found in the library at Dorchia, an image forming in his mind of where Zerak, the missing Prime Zeroid needed to open the Zero Lock found by Zintar, was. However, Maxx's advanced weapon systems reacted to the energies of the tracking robot in an unexpected way.
During the DYNAGENESIS which had originally awakened him, Maxx Zero incorporated the weapons and systems of hundreds of different entities as a function of his unique adaptive Z-Core...but he was not given the ability (or knowledge) to access all of those weapons. The combination of the tracking robot's power and a dimensional jump mechanism stored in Maxx's bank of unknown systems teleported Maxx to Zerak's location in the blink of an eye.

Maxx found himself in an ancient space station of a construction he had never seen previously. The sounds of battle reverberated through the empty corridors, drawing Maxx's attention.
He quickly found himself in a battle of wills between a group of red Darkness Soldiers and NEO ZEROID ZERAK.
Maxx joined the fray, only to find himself attacked by Zerak!
What was this station?
Why was Zerak attacking Maxx?
Would the rest of the Robo Force find him in time?
And would any of them survive the gaze of...the Knight of Illumination?

Toyfinity returns tonight at 9 pm EST with an all-new release, including the long-awaited ZEROID ZERAK!
Add these warriors to your collection...you will need them for the war to come...

THANK YOU! Darkness Will Fall - Again!

A big THANK YOU to everyone out there who supported the latest Toyfinity release!

I have to say I was pretty stunned when I received the sellout notice on the Knight of Darkness.
We knew he was a demanded figure and we bumped the order numbers up significantly on him for this round. Currently looking at when we'll get the classic version out again (and maybe some fun variants - Scuba Gear Knight of Darkness anyone?).  If you wanted the Knight - or just more of the classic version - leave a comment on this post so I know what the demand is.
We've also heard you loud and clear - there will be more Darkness Soldiers in upcoming waves.

Above, see the combined build for Super Zobor - when Maxx Zero combines with Zeroid Zobor, a new force for good is unleashed on the universe! However, Maxx finds himself a passenger in this new more powerful body as Zobor moves to battle the Knight of Darkness...

Toyfinity should be back with another release in the first half of this year.

Keep your eyes peeled for more great releases throughout February from the rest of the Glyos family - and jump over to the Glyos mothership at Onell Design for a great new release currently on sale.
Add the evil Redborg Syndicate to your collection today!

Ah, one last thing - Zintar the Explorer is up for an award in the Poppies this year!

Get over there and vote if you will - voting ensures Zetonian citizenship!

DARKNESS WILL FALL! New Toyfinity Release - the Knight of Darkness, Zobor, and more!

Tonight at 9 pm EST, Toyfinity returns with a long-awaited release!

Finally, DARKNESS WILL FALL!

Maxx Zero has finally found Zintar the Explorer, one of the Prime Zeroids. Now they must find the other Prime Zeroids, starting with Zobor the Transporter.
Little does the Robo Force know that NAZGAR has finally called in his enforcer, his shadow battling against the light - THE KNIGHT OF DARKNESS!
But the Knight has not come alone. Accompanying him are the deadly Guardian Darkness Soldiers and the vicious Shadow Mordles!
Has Maxx Zero finally met his match? Or will his power combined with Zobor's be enough to turn the tide?

Add these fantastic new releases to your collection tomorrow at 9 PM EST- only at toyfinity.com!

Thank you!

Thanks to all of you for another great release!

This was one that was percolating behind the scenes for a while.
I mean, Classic Hun-Dred was an absolute must for the collections.
There was a question on how to do him properly at first - run each mold in the colors and then do some painting, or to go with the approach we wound up using where we painted the figure in the appropriate places. We chose the latter to give more control over how the figure would look...it's very hard to match paint and molded plastic (as many fans of MOTU Classics could attest!) so we went with the paint method. I hope everyone likes it!
One of the fun things about the Hun-Dred kit was coming up with an alternate Maxx build using the parts - meet DRED-MAXX!

I know some of you will appreciate the first-ever tampo of the CULT OF DRED on the alternate Maxx chest on this kit.

I've been having a lot of fun with these kits - here's an unlimited build of ENEMY using one Zeroid kit from this round, one Maxx Zeroid, and one Hun-Dred.

I feel like getting Zintar out there in his fully painted configuration really showed what the Zeroid can so, so I think we'll be continuing with the other classics in the line...and maybe a few surprises...
There will probably be at least one more release this year, bringing more long-awaited editions to your shelves.

Oh yeah - I know some people wanted to see the Super Zeroid build in all its glory - here you go!

THE POWER OF THE Z-CORE - STORE IS UP!

The store is up! Click the link over to the right for all the new Toyfinity goodness.

Thanks as always to my brother in arms Matt Doughty for all of his assistance in this product round.
Shout outs also to Marc Beaudette, Jason Ho, David Gechman, Joe Moore, and Jerzy Drozd for their contributions to this release!

The quest is over - ZINTAR has been found! But will he be able to survive the assault of HUN-DRED? ROBO FORCE RETURNS!

For over a year, MAXX ZERO has been on a quest to find the PRIME ZEROIDS, in the hope that they can help him locate the rare element RYTON - the only thing that can defeat NAZGAR THE TYRANT and end his 1000 year reign of evil.

With data obtained from the FORGOTTEN ZEROID, Maxx has finally located ZINTAR THE EXPLORER on a planet far, far from ZETON. But an unexpected guest crashes the party - HUN-DRED THE CONQUEROR has found Maxx at last, recovered from his injuries and ready to settle the score with Maxx AND Zintar!
Hun-Dred will do anything to protect the long-lost secrets of the Zeroids - and the battle is ON!

The fighting is intense!
But Hun-Dred has grown too powerful under the influence of Compound 14 for even Maxx and Zintar to stop! It will take the power of twin Z-CORES to stop him, unleashing a robotic force upon the universe long rumored to exist - THE SUPER ZEROID!

This Sunday at 6 pm EST, Toyfinity returns to Zeton and Uzalek to present the following new Robo Force editions:

CLASSIC HUN-DRED

 CLASSIC ZINTAR

MAXX ZEROID

This was a particularly exciting project to work on, as Zintar the Explorer marks his return to toy shelves with the first new edition since 1970!
As well as the first-ever Classic Hun-Dred edition since 1984!
There is also a secret build we'll show in full tomorrow for the Super Zeroid which requires one Zintar and one Maxx Zeroid to build.
You'll also be able to build a special colorway of Nazgar with these kits plus new NAZARREN brains on sale tomorrow.

In addition, we have two new entries in the MORDLES family of products:

 DEMO-GEIST MORDLES

 M.O.R.D.L.E

So join us Sunday at 6 pm EST in the Toyfinity store for these all-new editions!

Change to MYSTERY EGGS

Hey Mordle Fans!
Wanted to notify you of a change to our Mystery Eggs product - due to the popularity of Mordles, I don't have enough Mordles in unique colors to include all ten species in ten different colors.

The eggs will still contain one of each Mordle species, but some Mordles may have matching colors.

There is more Mordle fun coming in 2016 - stay tuned!

Club Mordle members should check their e-mails - Club packets are ready to ship!
If you changed your address since last year, let me know ASAP!

Also, Mordle singles were removed in the store update.
I ran into an inventory issue with the singles, which is why they aren't available to purchase directly from the store.
If you want singles, e-mail me a list of the species you want and the colors and I'll fill each order that way (when possible).

Club Zeton update - thanks to everyone who has already bought a membership!
We're over a quarter of the way to the goal already, and you haven't even seen the Imperious Edition yet! A taste is coming soon....

EDIT: also, wanted to clarify something about the $75.
It isn't $75 to get the chance for the club benefits.
The $75 membership fee GETS you the following items with NO additional purchases:
- Ultimate Maxx Zero - Imperious Edition!
 - A club membership packet including a membership card and certificate.

- Mystery Maxx Modules!

- Lenticular stickers - two sets of them - to replicate the original "Maxx Steele" chest lights and "Maxx" logo for your modern Robo Force figures!
(someone asked about the pricing on these if I were selling them in the public store - they would be $10 each. Lenticular stickers are crazy expensive!)
- and a TEST SHOT of an upcoming figure from the Zetonian properties (Zeroids, S.T.A.R. Team, and Robo Force)!
If you never purchased anything but the Club membership, you'd get all of the above with no extra purchase - it's over $100 of value right there!

Plus the following benefits:
 - Unpainted Editions offered at a discounted price!

- Ability to order any Ultimate Edition with or without the detail lines!
- Guaranteed Access to all Robo Force products offered by Toyfinity.com, as well as any convention exclusives offered at shows by Toyfinity directly.

- voting on the order in which you want to see the classic characters produced as Ultimate Editions!
After Hun-Dred, I know you guys want him as the next Ultimate Edition.

First-ever Mordle crossover product!
October Toys will be selling the two Mordle Editions above - the Flesh Mordles - as part of their 24 Hour Toy Break which starts tomorrow. Toyfinity will not have any stock of these editions for sale!
Get them and use them to fight your OMFG and M.U.S.C.L.E figures!

Last but not least, the Godbeast has a sale this weekend. including some of his finest Kabuto Mushis yet. I saw a sneak peek of the new ones during a recent visit to Onell HQ and they are something else. Witness an Ultraman-inspired edition above! Jump over to his store for more details as they are made available!
