Thanks to everyone who came out to NJCC this past weekend to see some Mordles and one of the greatest displays of Glyos ever seen. You can see their coverage here.
People who came out had the chance to buy a number of recent Glyos figures, as well as the Mordles (including the debut of the Sonesidar and Nebular colorways). We also tried something new - a single Mordle option. Based on the feedback, I'm going to add something along these lines to the Toyfinity store.
The display of Glyos-compatible product was INSANE. From some of the earliest hand-cast figures, including a beyond-rare hand-cast PHEYDEN and SARVOS, the Volkruin Carrier featuring the most intense construction ever made from Tri-Wedges and Switch Pins, prototypes of the new Glyos-compatible Power Lords figures, test shot Mordles, and a whole lot more.
Thanks to everyone who listened to me explain what the Mordles are and my plans for the lines.
The feedback on the Maxx Zero prototype was much appreciated. He's really going to change some things in the world of Glyos.
Another post to follow with my personal pics from the show!
I'm assuming the Maxx "Zero" is due to Mattel's own Max Steel line. I still can't wait to see the Robo Force back.
ReplyDeleteAre you looking into using the 2 human characters who were going to be made for Wave 2?
I'm hoping to get to Mark Fury and Deena Strong eventually, yes.
ReplyDeleteThe name change is partially due to Mattel and "Max Steel", but there are reasons beyond that to change Maxx's name...
